Refund/Cancellation Policies


When a student drops a course, instructional and other costs must still be met. If you are dissatisfied with a program after the first session, you must let the instructor or recreation staff know before the second session/day to receive a pro-rated refund. In the event of an extended illness or injury, we will issue a pro-rated voucher if notification is given prior to the end of the course/program. We cannot issue refunds for trips, special events, or ticketed events unless a replacement has been found. No refunds are given for single session/day courses. For programs that run for one week or 3 to 5 days only (mainly clinics/lessons) refunds must be requested at least 7 days prior to the start of the class in order to find a replacement. Please note many of our weekly clinics/lessons will hit capacity quickly - 7 days are needed to find a replacement/move someone from the waitlist. 

Refunds can take up to 4 weeks depending on the circumstance.
