TOTAL BARRE™ at Studio Pilates

Total Barre™ is a combination workout that effectively blends Pilates with dance,
cardio and strength training – specifically challenging arms, legs, butt and core to
strengthen and lengthen the body. Sculpt lean and toned muscles with this
energizing group class designed to change your body. With a flow of high-powered
sequences set to music that makes you want to move, this class will keep you
energized and motivated.
If you’ve wanted to try a Barre class but have not known where to go, come
experience Barre at Studio Pilates - a supportive environment with highly trained
instructors. No dance experience is required

Instructor:
Angela McCartney
Angela has been teaching Total Barre™ since Summer 2013. Angela is a STOTT
PILATES Certified Instructor and Instructor Trainer. She has been teaching Pilates
since 2002 and opened her own studio in Winchester Center, Studio Pilates, in 2007. In
addition, Angela is AFFA certified. She has taught Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Cardio-Kick
Boxing and is a Personal Trainer. Angela has over 30 years experience teaching fitness
and works well with all age and fitness levels. She continues to bring enormous energy,
passion and enthusiasm to all her classes.
