Gail LaRocca has been teaching with Judy Whitney for Winchester Recreation since the late 80s. “I wouldn’t give up these classes for anything. It is a group of men and women who know that part of a healthy lifestyle is movement and good balance. The atmosphere is focused on a workout with a large dose of laughter. NO experience needed.”
Gail is an ACE certified group instructor with a certificate in Pilates and Step.
A resident of Winchester for over 35 years, Gail graduated from Mount Holyoke and BC. She is a house painter, financial manager and rental agent at the Sons of Italy, a lecturer on the culture and wildlife of Tanzania through LaRoccaAfrica.com, and runs a nonprofit LifeWaterAfrica.com. She attributes her high energy level to the positive vibes she gets from her classmates.
