How to register for a membership or Day Pass:
1) Call the Recreation Department and register using a credit card. Day passes can be purchased in advance.
Office is open M - F 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2) Register at www.winrec.com
-Day passes can be purchased under the register tab in the MEMBERSHIP section.
-Memberships are purchased under the register tab and selecting memberships.
Purchasing a day pass for someone else?
If you are purchasing a day pass for someone other than yourself or a household member:
1) FASTEST WAY: Call the Recreation Department and we can register them through your account and email you the pass
to be used upon your arrival.
2) A Packer Ellis Supervisor can add the pass to your account at the gate, on days where the courts are very busy, please know
this option may take a little time
.
Team Play Court Reservations: The Recreation Department has very limited reservations available for team matches at Packer Ellis. To reserve space, all rostered home team participants must be members of the courts or must purchase a day pass. To request a team reservation please submit a Field/Court request form (found on our website) that includes dates, times and number of courts needed to mross@wincheser.us Reservation fees are based on $20/court per date reserved. |
