Halloween Pumpkin Art
Spooky frights, gruesome witches, glowing jack-o-lanterns, and scary ghosts come alive as Winchester residents paint Halloween pictures in this wonderful community event. This special event permits the participants to decorate the outside of designated windows of local businesses using specialized paint. This year, you can paint a window by yourself or grab your friend or parent and paint one window together. All windows must have a Halloween theme. This event takes place on Saturday October 20th. The rain date is Sunday October 21st. Sponsored by Winchester Recreation & Community Education Department and the Winchester Youth Center, it has financial support from the En Ka Society.

Halloween Window Painting
Residents who attend any school in Winchester or reside in Winchester are eligible for this event. Applications, regulations, and instructions are available at the Recreation Department. There is a $25 fee for entries. Entries are accepted on a first come first serve basis. Space is guaranteed to the first 200 entries. Other entries will be accepted based on available windows.
