ART STUDIO (Children Ages 6 - 12yrs)
Join us this Winter for another season of Art at the Recreation Department. Through carefully structured exercises and demonstration, students will experiment with basic drawing elements, composition, proportion, perspective, and line, shading to learn a variety of techniques in different media including pencil, charcoal, watercolors, oil pastels, collage, print making, sculpting and much more. Students will also develop and expand personal imagery and technical skills and strengthen observational skills while exploring color. Six 1 hour 15 minute sessions.
Dates: Wednesdays, March 17th - April 28th (6 weeks, off 4/21)
Time: Session I: 3:00PM - 4:15PM
Session II: 4:45PM - 6:00PM
